We use premium tufting cloth and 100% acrylic yarn to ensure durability, softness, and vibrant colour quality in every rug. Each rug also includes an anti-slip backing to help keep it stable on the floor.

Our rugs are mainly designed for decoration and light use. We do not recommend heavy or constant foot traffic to maintain their quality and appearance.

We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or not as described. Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide proof. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
