At POWERUG, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your rug arrives damaged or significantly different from the product description, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The rug arrives damaged, defective, or
- The item received is not as described on our website.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- The item must be dropped off at the post office within 3 days of approval.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and purchasing the return label.
- The rug must be returned in its original condition and packaging whenever possible.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
- Normal handmade rug irregularities that are part of the rug’s character
